How long does diagnosis and repair take?
Waiting time for diagnostics is 1 to 10 business days — depending on workshop workload. Repair time depends on the fault; simpler issues are often completed the same day, more complex cases are discussed individually after diagnosis.
Do you repair controllers from brands not listed on the site?
Yes. The brands listed on the site are examples of our specialisations — we do not limit ourselves to any list. Describe your device in the form or call us, and we will assess repair feasibility.
Who covers the shipping costs?
We cover shipping costs to us and return shipping within Poland. You can send the parcel by courier, InPost parcel locker or deliver it in person to our workshop in Rybnik.
What if I decline repair after diagnosis?
The basic diagnosis is free — it's what we need to prepare a repair quote. If the device turns out to be fine, or you decline the repair once the diagnosis is done, a fee of up to 250 zł applies — it covers shipping costs and handling of the order.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. You can provide invoice details in the submission form — we serve both individual and business clients.
What warranty do you offer on repairs?
We provide a standard 6-month warranty on completed repairs. Details are confirmed when we share the quote.
